To use Dreavie, you need an account and must be at least 16 years old. Keep your login details secret. We may suspend your account if you misuse Dreavie, for example for unlawful content or automated requests. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. To withdraw, a clear statement is sufficient, e.g. by email to office@dreavie.com or via our online withdrawal function. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the period expires.
After a withdrawal, we will refund all payments without delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same payment method. If you requested that we start the service before the withdrawal period ends, you pay us a proportionate amount for the services provided up to the withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal expires early if, with your express consent, we have fully provided the service before the withdrawal period ends (e.g. all credits of a package have been used) or, for digital content, if you agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). The available payment methods (e.g. credit card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal) are shown at checkout, and payment is due upon conclusion of the contract. If a direct debit is returned due to insufficient funds or incorrect bank details, you bear the resulting fees. You can change your payment method in your account at any time.
Promotional codes are free, valid for a limited time and can only be redeemed during checkout on our website. They may be limited to certain products. Codes cannot be paid out in cash, remaining balances are not refunded, and the code value is not refunded on withdrawal.
The term and renewal of each subscription are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, you can cancel at any time in your account settings or by email, effective at the end of the current billing period. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
We may change these terms or our services if this is required by law, necessary for technical reasons without materially affecting you, needed for new services, or only to your advantage. We will inform you of changes by email. If you do not object within six weeks, the changes are deemed accepted; we will point this out in the email. Your right to terminate remains unaffected.
Our dream interpretation is based on artificial intelligence (AI). AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong.
The dream interpretation does not replace psychological, medical or therapeutic advice. The results are for information only. If you need help, please consult a qualified psychologist, psychiatrist or therapist.
You are responsible for critically evaluating the results before using or sharing them. Do not base important decisions, for example about health, medical treatment or legal matters, on AI output.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. We are not liable for slight negligence. Mandatory statutory claims, in particular warranty rights, remain unaffected.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is our place of business.
